FosterBuilt Coffee at the Race of Gentlemen

Hired to document the 1940's-style race on the beach, Mark Foster's side business of roasting coffee was discovered by the organizers of The Race of Gentlemen and approached him about building a coffee shop to fit the event. Foster jumped at the opportunity and built what looks like a depression era gypsy trailer in which he serves espressos and cappucinos from. The mobile coffee shop was build on a standard landscaping trailer with locally sourced wood, says Foster. It's outfitted with a bed and a mobile coffee roaster.
